Emo Animals attempts to offer a glimpse into the pain of animals and their unnoticed, tortured, black hearts. It is an effort to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. Don’t let these sad animals continue to cry on their own. See their pain. Feel their pain. Know their pain.
Legal blah blah.
Emo animals was originally started back in 2008 during my Junior year at GMU. The pictures started out as a way to show our knowledge of using and remixing work found on sites like Creative Commons, but then they started showing up on the school website, on various blogs, and other silly websites.
I do not pretend to know anything about having a website or being all legal. I try to attribute pictures where I can find someone to attribute them to, but right now, my main goal is not to make a profit of your picture of a sad animal. In the wacky event you see something that's yours, let me know and I can give you recognition. Otherwise, everything was found through Creative Commons and other sharing websites.
So please don't sue me. I have like six dollars in my wallet.
